Sharp fall in metal prices

Metal prices declined sharply in the non-ferrous metal market on Thursday on heavy stockists offerings in view of lower LME advices. Tin dropped by Rs 45 a kg to Rs 810, nickel by Rs 25 a kg to Rs 715 against Rs 740 and copper sheets cutting also fell by Rs 7 a kg to Rs 235. Copper cable scrap, copper armature and copper wire bar declined by Rs 6 a kg each to Rs 245, Rs 240 and Rs 273 respectively.
